- Q: How many products are available through the catalog module?
- A: The Elite Catalog includes 1200 top quality highly sought after products. The SuperRewards open catalog includes literally MILLIONS of products from the online catalog of our vendors. Prices and inventory are updated real-time and items are constantly added and upgraded.
- Q: What is the point to dollar conversion for the catalog module?
- A. You set the conversion rate you want.
- Q: Can I restrict the type of products available through the catalog module?
- A. If you use the Elite catalog you can choose which items to include. For the SuperRewards catalog you can restrict which categories are shown. You cannot currently filter out individual items in the SuperRewards catalog.
- Q: Can I set a minimum and maximum value for the products available through the catalog module?
- A: If you use the Elite catalog you can choose which items to include and control your product level. With SuperRewards catalog you can restrict the categories shown but not the items.
- Q: How often can I load points in the catalog module and how am I billed?
- A. You can load points as often as you like. Points are billed on redemption when they are actually used by the participant to redeem an item in the catalog.
- Q: What kind of reporting is available to me?
- A: The standard reports available are:
