- Q: How long does a RewardTrax module take to implement?
- A: Once we’ve received a signed contract and first payment, the initial implementation, which includes provisioning of your domain name, SSL certification and database setup takes 2-3 business days. Once this is complete, and you’ve worked through the online training you can proceed at your own pace. Should you need extra help, PSG will work with you to help ensure a smooth program launch. Assuming you have all the information you need, you can easily launch a program within a week.
- Q: Is there a minimum number of participants?
- A: There is no minimum. The entry level monthly maintenance fee covers up to 1000 users.
- Q: Is there a maximum number of participants?
- A: No. RewardTrax is a scalable solution and has a maintenance level that allows participation by an unlimited number of participants.
- Q: For how long is my custom domain name registered?
- A: Your setup fee includes a one year domain name registration and SSL certificate. As long as you pay the monthly maintenance fee the domain registration and SSL are automatically renewed.
- Q: How much site and messaging customization is available?
- A. You control content and graphics on all pages of your participant site. This includes the ability to change the menu headings and structure, header graphics, site colors, page content and graphics, and form fields and field instructions. We provide an interface similar to Microsoft Word® to control content and graphics in real time.
- Q: What communication tools are offered via RewardTrax so I can keep my participants motivated and informed?
- A. The RewardTrax administration module includes a rich text email tool. The tool allows you to create HTML or plain text emails and send them to participants you specify. The system includes the ability to customize the email for each participant based on their profile and functions similarly to a mail merge. You can choose the email recipients manually or have the system pick participants based on specific criteria that you define.
- Q: What kind of training and references are provided?
- A: We provide you with an hour of online training for each module you purchase. We also give you access to online training movies and administrator manuals.
- Q: What kind of customer service is included?
- A. Performance Systems provides support to ensure your program is launched smoothly. Additionally, we provide participant support as it relates to fulfillment of the awards. However, we do not provide participant support as it relates to the specifics of your program (i.e. program qualification and rules) unless you purchase those services. For our catalog module we offer toll free and email support during regular business hours for questions relating to product delivery and returns. For our prepaid debit card solution and funding module we provide 24 hour toll free support for questions relating to card use or to report lost or stolen cards.
